Mark Doyle
Mark is a passionate lawyer with a keen interest in the shipping industry. His academic background (in business and law) equips him with a robust understanding of both legal and business principles, which he adeptly applies to his clients’ cases, always in a cost-effective manner.
With over two decades of practising as a shiping lawyer, Mark has participated in well over 1,000 LMAA arbitrations and has secured over 100 LMAA awards. He also has extensive court experience, having led cases from the English High Court through to the Court of Appeal and finally the Supreme Court. His expertise encompasses a wide range of disputes, including; dangerous cargoes, unsafe ports, speed and performance claims, off-hire disputes, cargo claims, ICA claims, cargo indemnity claims, demurrage disputes, and any other dispute arising under the various contracts within the shipping industry, such as bills of lading, charterparties, and contracts of affreightment.
Mark is renowned for his ability to swiftly comprehend complex cases and possesses extensive legal knowledge. He is committed to delivering exceptional legal services and strives to make a significant impact within the shipping industry.
